With an emphasis on stability and community, this development seeks to provide a living solution for a constrained demographic: Millennial Graduates. By encouraging long-term rentals to graduates and recent alumn, while providing work and retail space,Resonance helps to build community.

West second STREET

This 29 unit, mixed use apartment building in South Boston takes it architectural cues from the surrounding industrial buildings. The large southern apertures bring in the bright city-scape, while the private northern terraces offer a refuge from the sun and the public.

This turn of the century carriage house, with all of its heavy timber construction and rough brick work, was revived into a beautiful loft-style apartment building. Each 3-floor unit has access to a roof deck, original exposed beams, and bright open living spaces.
